Yeah, but you drink the coffee inside or see the movie inside or talk to friends inside. If it's really cold, you may not do any of these things at all. But when the nicotine addict needs nicotine, nothing else seems to matter. Why not just wait until you can get your fix in a more comfortable environment!?
