Thanks for the report on what Atlanta's smoking lounges are like, and from someone who is still seriously considering one day moving to Atlanta to be closer to family. The fact Hartsfield has BOTH smoking lounges and bars that permit smoking is SO MUCH FREGGING BETTER in my opinion that at O'Hare and Midway(the 2 main airports in Chicago), where smokers have continually been forced outside to smoke for many years, and this was the case even before the Chicago city smoking ban took effect in early 2006.
Though Atlanta's smoking lounges may not have the ventilation in them that say, I've supposedly heard the lounge in Denver has, I look forward to one day possibly living near a major airport that doesn't treat smokers like pariahs and forcing us outside security. Glad to hear the seats and ashtrays are kept up and cleaned!
