Seeing ads like this makes me think we are missng out on something by living in countries with advanced restrictions on tobacco advertising. Can you imagine what it would be like live in a country (or an era) where ads featuring women (even celebrities)smoking appear on TV and in magazines all the time.
I thought the words you chose for this header were interesting. At first I thought Sunny meant I wish I had real lungs as in healthy lungs, not smokers lungs. Then I thought the comment may have had a masochistic meaning ie I would enjoy it more if I was damaging real lungs by smoking instead of these cartoon lungs. However reading your comment above I suspect neither was what your deliciously imaginative mind actually intended.
