yeah, i've done a number of different searches but really haven't come up with anything that i consider suitable as of yet. this is turning out to be much more of a difficult task than i could have ever thought.
part of the issue is that i'm not looking for some large ornate piece of glass, i'm looking for a couple simple, straight, no frills 4-6 inch glass tubes (one set for the 23mm "slim" cigarettes, mistys, virginia slims, etc) and another set for standard circumference cigarettes (newports, etc).
now, i'm sure nowadays the first thing anybody would ask when ordering or requesting something like that would be, as you said "oh, i see, crack pipe!" or "meth pipe!".
i don't know if it would actually be more disturbing to them to simply explain that i just want to look at the tar filled smoke as i smoke my cigarette. given todays climate some people treat smokers worse than illegal drug users. sad but true.
the closest i've come is to this site:

they sell many varieties of cigarette holders, including ones for "slim" cigarettes. but alas, no transparent holders. it kinda defeats the whole purpose if they aren't clear.

if anyone has any idea whatsoever in how to help me out in this little quest of mine, please please pass on any suggestions. this just happens to be a quirky passion of mine, one that i've been pursuing for quite some time.
