Posted by vesperae I was very short on time when I read your message and posted my reply to you earlier, and I just had the chance to re-read your comments more carefully. Sometimes "the hurrier I go, the behinder I get..." I missed your comment about not being all that interested in DS stuff. In that case, then the direction I'd like to see things progress here should definitely be at least a little more to your liking. As for the volume of posts... I'm never interested in numbers; I'm always interested in quality. I'd much rather have 5 really thoughtful 500 word messages a week, or even one really well written 100 word message a week, than 100 terse 25 word messages. And I certainly won't argue with you about the quality of Alicia's message. It's very thoughtful and well-written. It's just that the topic is too tangential. And again, this has been building for awhile, and she just happened to be there when the wheel went around. The fact that it's her first post here is very unfortunate timing, and again, my decision had nothing to do with her personally. And also note that I've left it up for people to enjoy, when I could have simply deleted it. Sincerest Apologies on my hasty previous reading of your remarks!
