I am pretty much the same way.
I don't believe I have ever felt a proper physiological craving. It would be fun to experience it though.
And my psychological cravings I'm sure are enhanced due to the smoking fetish. If it wasn't for the fetish, I'm not sure I would even be a smoker.
Because of the fetish, I tend to think about smoking very frequently so my urges to smoke are almost constant as well.
