To All Department Personnel
On Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at 9:00 AM, a court proceeding involving a former Department employee will take place. All Department personnel are strongly discouraged from attending.
Any Department employee choosing to attend this proceeding is forbidden to do so while on duty. They are further forbidden to wear any clothing, apparel or an accessory (i.e., hanging badge, raid jacket, ID badge etc.) that readily identifies them as an employee of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
This directive will be strictly adhered to for this and any future court proceedings of a similar nature.
