Thanks again for all the notes. We all went down to visit Steve, and ended up playing for him in his room. We received unprecedented clearance to do this from the hospital, and I send my deepest gratitude to them for their efforts in making it happen. He gave the thumbs up- can't really talk any more. He's obviously in severe physical decline at this time, and his nurse told me this morning he continues to deteriorate today. I printed out the messages for him in large type and he has them where they can be read. Depending on how things occur, there's a realistic chance I will not be able to get back down to see him early this week, which might mean not again. Let's all just keep him in our hearts and hope for his peace and some comfort. I'll post more info as it becomes available. Jason
