Boutique Bass amps?

Hey gang,
Just wondering, anyone know of any boutique bass amp builders? I'd like a copy of an old Ampeg SVT, with point to point wiring and all. I'm only going to buy one bass amp so I want it to be ready for any application. I'm mainly a guitarist and listen to all the same stuff we all listen too. Any ideas?
