Name changes usually go when a team has gone bust and they have to change the name to start up again. And to re-use a former name, it depends on who owns the rights to the name. To use "Jesters" for example, it would have to bought from Eye Group, as I believe they still own the rights to the name. I could be wrong on who owns the name, but I think you'll understand what I'm getting at.
