Posted by Blue From The Sporting Club Of Newcastle, right through till Eye Group, has been the worst possible P.R. for any club. Lets hope things have changed now. Vipers have their work cut out to bring in big money sponsors. It may take a season or two, but It's up to Mr Illingworth to stick around, or sell on, and not fold again.

You're right about sponsors, but, this has a lot to do with past failings. We need to show we are going to be around a while before sponsors will take us seriously. I think Darryl mention in a program, that one sponsor he approached, told him to come back if Vipers are still around in a season or two.
