You can find the tactics used by the 62d army published all over the web; they're pretty simple. Submachine guns and grenades; occasionally demolition charges and flame throwers; small (8 to 10 man) units; blow holes through walls rather than going through doors; throw grenades and fire into any area prior to entry; stay low and use available cover, remain as close to the Germans as possible to negate defensive artillery. German tactics are complicated by the fact of them using more armored vehicles, artillery, close air support, command and control communictions, and similar 24.panzer division wrote a report summarizing lessons-learned and best use tactics. It's published in Jason Mark's book "Death of the Leaping Horseman." Very interesting reading. I don't know if it's available anywhere on net. Probably not, would be my guess. Shame......
