Hello. I am not connected to the family as far as I know, but I have part of the family tree of the Spiers Glasgow tobacco merchant, but I have no Cunningham on that tree. But of course there may be one, because my research is not fully comprehensive. There is a John Spiers son of Alexander Spiers/Speirs and Mary Buchanan but he was born 1757 and died 1773. The name is largely spelled as Speirs in Glasgow.
