HI tracy........ Felix spiers (from Spiers and Pond) is died in France. He was a grandson of an Scottish man name David Spiers (b1730 d1811) who immigrate in France around 1780 to build Tobacco Factory in Dunkerque. Felix was French and Scottish. He decide to immigrate in Australia were he built his own fortune
He comes back to France to die.
