Here are a few to try:
Splingo - touches on following directions and basic concepts
Name That Category - Super Duper
Clean Up - categorization
NLC Autism - sorting and categorizing
ABA apps - There is a whole series of apps by Kindergarten.com. Search ABA in iTunes and they will come up. Many are free a few are a few dollars, but they are pretty good.

For Eye contact, there are apps out there called Eye contact that are geared for teaching a student to make eye contact. They are supposed to look at the eyes of the character. An object will flash in the eyes of the person. After the flash, a group of items will be presented and the student is to touch the object that had shown up in the eyes.
