I use Artik Pics, and the apps from smarty ears. I recently added speech squares but it only comes with /l/ and I need to review it more before I look at buying oth sounds.
Working on /s/ is pretty easy even w/o an artic app. You can type up word lists in on her notebook or e-mail them to her iTouch. She can practice saying the words on the voice memo or other recorder app if she wants to hear herself. She can also pull up word lists or pictures on google or I have some lists on my blog page too. www.meesterc.wordpress.com
Other ideas-
-use any book app and read out loud
-free tongue twister apps
-all about sounds has a free version which might have /s/
