Hi Jamey, since the iTouch belongs to your client, I would suggest checking out talkingtails apps. They have hangman, speech corners, speech squares, say it again. The apps are relatively inexpensive and you purchase only the phonemes targeted (and once you purchase a phoneme, the phoneme is availabe on any other talking tails app purchased at no extra charge) You also might look into All About Sounds, or play n say both are inexpensive apps. These apps should be great for sentence and word level.
