Looking for Women's league in Sacaramento Area

Hi,
I am looking for a women's league in the Sacramento area. I've been out of practice for a long time, but would like to re-enter the sport to get back into shape. So I will need a team that is patient! I've played fast pitch and would prefer it, but willing to do slow-pitch. Please contact me at my e-mail address.
