Mary. Most local governments and counties hold regular classes on backyard/home composting. I would suggest you contact your local city or county to determine if they have classes. The California Integrated Waste Management Board’s website also has great information on backyard/home composting. http://www.ciwmb.ca.gov/organics/HomeCompost/
