Tobacco Tax Increase - Everyone Wins!

I totally support a State increase of the Tobacco Tax. Anything we can do to help offset the ever rising health care costs for Minnesotan's and at the same time give people a new incentive to quit smoking or a reason to not begin at all is a win, win, win situation in my book.
