I used the inflatable EZ-2 Nurse pillow at first, but it got a leak so I bought a pillow at Lactation Station that wasn't quite as thick, but still worked ok. Depending on how tall you are you could also put pillows under the nursing pillow so you're not bending over too much.I actually was able to use it the whole time. I used pillows on my back and neck as well. I also made sure I had my phone, the remote or a book, and a snack all nearby before I got started.
