I had an EZ-2-Nurse Twins Breastfeeding Pillow. With my singletons, I didn't use any sort of pillow, but I'm so glad I spent the $$ on the twins' pillow. It is foam that is cut to be able to fit both babies, angled in towards your breasts. I still needed a back pillow, but it even came with one (just the cut-out for where your belly goes). Anyways, I would highly recommend it. I was basically able to nurse hands-free, both babies at the same time (they got to poking each other and stuff though by the time they were 4-5 months old, so after that I went to nursing them individually). It really helped cut down on nursing time!!!
