So my boys are 8 weeks old today, and from day 1 I have never made enough milk. They dropped too much weight in the hospital and Ive had to supplement with formula ever since. Anyway, they are up to 4oz of formula each after nursing for 30 minutes and Im so frustrated!! Does anyone know anyway to increase my milk supply? The LC suggested certain foods, and the pediatrician said drink more water, but these things arent helping. Any advice?
