I nursed two sets of twins. The first set for a year and the second set for six months.
How old are your's?
Getting in the right position is really important. They sell all sorts of nursing pillows.... I really didn't get into those, but I did make sure I had plenty of pillows to support me and my babies. I have neck and back problems so I had to be careful.
I would love to talk more. Is this a safe place to leave my phone number?
