My girls were born the natural way at the hospital. I really wanted epidural, however, they came way too fast. Needless to say, I did it with out. Everything went really well and the contraction pain is way worse then the birthing process itself. Like an earlier comment, the girls were born in the Operating room, I was flat on my back. The reason for this is because if I needed an emergency c-section. The girls were 33 week gestation at 4 lb 11 oz and 4 lb 13oz.
