Wendy,
We were given a double stroller a couple months ago (before we even knew we were having twins, funny how that works) and we will use that but it's an older style and not really suitable for babies younger than around 10 months, so I am thinking the double snap and go would be great until then.
I'm glad you mentioned the Harmons that has shopping carts for 4 kids! I'll definitely have to check that out!
