I wish you all the best!! I had a very complicated pregnancy with placenta previa and had to be on hospital bedrest, so that was out of the question. My only recommendation would be to have a back up plan for if you deliver pre-term. (I think the average for twins is 35-36 weeks.) You'll want your babies to be able to be taken right to a NICU. So, you'll want to be at a hospital, preferrably one with a NICU on site.
Also, I highly recommend the book "When You're Expecting Twins, Triplets and More." It gives great advice specifically targeted at multiple pregnancies.
