I didn't have any kind of stroller that held 2 carseats and I wish I had. I had the Combi tandem stroller--you can buy one that holds carseats, it was just more expensive and I already had Graco carseats. I did like the Combi because it folded so compactly.
I think the nice thing about the snap and go is that it's compact and I think inexpensive, but you will eventually need to buy another double stroller.
My twins are now almost 3, so we now have a double jogger that we mostly use around the neighborhood and 2 umbrella strollers that I use with stroller connectors I found at Babies R Us.
Also, this is kind of off topic, but I recently discovered that the Harmon's near me (The district) has shopping carts with seats for 4 kids!! 2 in a car up front and two up near mom. I'm guessing some of the other Harmon's might have that as well.
