I used hypnobirthing with two of my five children. Our twins were 4 & 5, so I'd been around the block a few times, but my doctor insisted on an epidural in the event that we needed a c-section. Both boys were born normally, but that epidural was worth every penny! As a general rule, I'm pretty sure most care providers won't deliver multiples without anesthesia.
