This topic was brought to our attention by a woman named Kathy Dolan. She contacted us regarding mandatory separation issues and asked that we inform our members. She wrote us a great letter outlining her objective regarding the issue. We posted that emailed letter on our Articles Tab on the main page of this SLMOT website.
I’m not sure when we received the article, but I think it was our 2006-2007 SLMOT year. The info and the links might be outdated, but it could also give you a place to start researching the laws of our state. I think Utah has given us, the parents, the choice to keep our twins together or not. I have not researched the issue since this was brought to our attention.
