I rented a hospital grade pump from Maternal Instincts in Sandy and I was glad I did, because it is sooo nice. Also if her twins are born early and have to be in the NICU, the insurance should cover one for a while. I would price them out and have a plan for if she doesn't go early, and if she does, then she'll be able to use the insurance paid for pump. Also, no matter what tell her to ask for a pump kit at the hospital--insurance should cover it and it is a lot cheaper than buying the same thing on your own.
