1- Twin nursing pillow. (I ordered my first from double blessings, but when it got a leak I got one in town from Lactation station and liked it best)
2- Twin stroller. Combi twin savvy to start, it was nice, but fell apart after 1 yr. Now we use a baby trend double jogger and two umbrella strollers with connectors if I'm alone.
3- Swings, bouncy seats.
4- Help from family. Even if it was just company. It helped me from going completely insane (I've come very close).
5-separate cribs in separate rooms when we decided it was time to actually get sleep. We then put them back together when they realized bedtime was bedtime (7-8 months or so).
