My twins are 18 mos. I too made homemade baby food. Looks like you've mostly got them all covered. One of the ones my babies loved was sweet potatoes. I noticed someone mentioned carrots. I read that you shouldn't make homemade baby food out of carrots due to high nitrate levels. (you probably already knew that and is why it wasn't in your list)
I did buy those mesh feeders with a handle for the baby to hold (hope you know what I am talking about) and would put frozen fruit (like what you can buy in the big bag at Costco that has like 7 different kinds) It helped with teething and keeping the babies busy while the rest of the family ate but also had them at the table with us. I dipped the mesh in juice after I put the fruit in it to get some flavor on the outside so the babies would be interested in attacking it. Also non frozen fruit like watermelon that they can mash with their gums and small teeth but not get big chunks.
Hope this helps. Sorry if I rambled too much.
