Heh, I haven't been here in like 2 months, so I'm a little late on my response...
Actually I took a little potty training course from DDI Vantage and one thing the teacher told us to do was move all diapering activities to the bathroom--that gets them used to having to walk away from their activities to use the bathroom. My twins are 2 and we've been doing this for I guess 2 months or so. I'm not planning on going for toilet training for at least 6 mo. for Abby, probably a year for Pete (depending on how he reacts to Abby's training, I'm hoping she'll encourage him), but they're getting used to the idea (even though sometimes they still don't like it).
