Hi. Sorry I didn't respond sooner it's been a while since I checked the message board. I tried when my twin boys were 2 and they just weren't ready. They showed no interest in the toilet and didn't care if they were wet when they had accidents. After a week of absolutely no progress we decided to wait untill their third birthday which sounds late but when we tried again they understood more the concept of it and were trained in about a week. One good piece of advice we took and that worked was not to put them in pull-ups during the day because they feel to much like a diaper and they are comfortable wetting them. If you think your twins are interested or ready introduce them to the concept and you will know with in a couple days if they are ready or not. The biggest thing is they have to be ready and try to keep it a positive experience for them. e-mail me if you want to chat more.
Julie
