I'm a person who needs deadlines to get things done... so being a stay-at-home mom with such an unstructured schedule doesn't really motivate me to accomplish much. I was more lenient on myself the first year of my twins life since caring for them was so labor intensive. However, now we're pushing 18 months and I feel like I need to get in gear. I'm tired of looking back on my day and feeling like I wasted it. Any advice?
