Hi Julie,
We just trained our 3-year-old girls back in August. We just set aside two days (the weekend so my husband would be home to help) and all we did those two days was potty training! It was not a fun 48 hours on our end and the girls weren't always super compliant but we did not have one accident after that weekend. We just took them to the potty every 20 minutes and then gave them lots to drink. They didn't always go but got a sticker for effort each time. We were very positive and after those 48 hours, I was amazed that it went so well. Note: we did not use pull-ups except at night.
