I strongly suggest the Medela Pump in Style. I had the one that was in a backpack and loved it. I did not think the Medela pump lagged behind the hospital grade because I was able to produce enough milk ( about 64 to 72 ounces per 24 hour period) to feed four infants using Medela. Medela is great because it was potable. I was able to pump while out and about without worrying about going home on time to pump or feed.
