I'm so happy that I didn't have to pump, since my babies were efficient eaters from the start and I wasn't going back to work. If your babies have troubles breastfeeding at first, you'll want to rent a hospital grade pump. These for-rent pumps are the only ones really efficient enough for building up a milk supply.
