Posted by Wendy Anyways, I'll give you my top few tips for pregnancy and to prepare you for the babies' arrival. 1. Read the book: When you're expecting twins, triplets, and more. I read so many twin pregnancy books and this ended up being the best one yet. You also might want a month-by-month/week-by-week pregnancy book since this one doesn't follow that format. 2. Talk with your OB about seeing a high-risk pregnancy specialist at least part of the time. I ended up on bedrest in the hospital for the last 6 weeks. 3. Start lining up help for any bedrest time and for after the babies are born. Have your husband take as much time off as possible because twins are a lot of work. Ideally, I would have liked enough help so that I could rest for the first week or so and only worry about nursing--especially if you have a c-section. 4. Go on a really fun trip before you get much farther along. 5. Get a twins nursing pillow. I first orderd one from doubleblessings.com called the EZ 2 nurse pillow, but it was inflatable and developed a leak. Next I got one from The Lactation Station which is on Highland Drive just north of 3300 South in Salt Lake.

Congrats Liz!! I have 14 month old twin boys and it's really an experience to have twins, I must say. Before I go on much further, there is a posting from June 1 from a person looking for the same advice. I think it had some pretty good tips.
