Hello fellow mothers of twins. I could use a little advice on breastfeeding my BG 10 day old twins. I went and saw a lactation specialist and she recomended one get the breast and one the bottle alternating every other feeding for the first month, but how am I to get my milk supply to increase and feed one a bottle while breast feeding the other? I have an extra set of hands right now to help with the bottle feedings but only for another week. I am also pumping in between feedings to try to increase my production but I am only getting about an ounce and a half at a time, and each baby is eating about 3 ounces a feeding. Does anyone have any tips? Should I try to tandem breastfeed or wait till each is better at breastfeeding? Thanks for any advice!
