Congratulations! I have 18 mo. twins and an 8 mo. baby! WOW! Juggling three definately has it's challenges. The first year with twins was hard because of the lack of sleep. Cut back on everything else you can! For me, having a good stroller was critical since my mom and MIL are both deceased I had to have a way to get to Dr. appts. etc. My advice to you is to get them on the same schedule. Someone gave me this advice and it was a huge blessing. When one baby woke up we woke the other to feed them both. They are still on the same schedule and it's wonderful. You will have loving multiples. If you have the $$ to hire some help, go for it! By the time you take care of babies, there's not a lot of time for anything else for quite some time. Keeping my house clean was hard, and still is. I am finally going to hire some housecleaning help. Again, congratulations.
