Posted by WENDY How much should i be nursing? I've read from as little as 3 times a day to as many as 7 times a day. What should i give them as far as solids go? Right now I give them cereal and fruit in the morning, cereal and veggies in the evening, plus multiple snacks throughout the day. How should I progress through new foods? I would love any advice.
