Posted by wendy Also, buy a twin nursing pillow either online from doubleblessings.com or locally from the lactation station. Nursing has been a mixed blessing but I'm glad I didn't give up when it was hard. I probably should have given myself a break and allowed more formula. Good breast pump will also be a life saver. Wow i could go on forever. Good luck!

I just thought ofanother tip. Try and get your husband to take as much time off work as possible at first. If your twins are in the nicu you might want to save some of his time off for when they come home, but it will be nice to have him at the nicu a lot too.
