I have two sets of ID twins and I kept both of them together as long as I could and when I moved them into seperate cribs, I still put the cribs in the corner of the room so that one overlaped the other so that they could still see and touch eachother, but still had a space of their own. When my boys were babies we would lay them by eachother with a small space between them and soon they would have their heads touching. My girls were also very close and they still share a bed (a full).
I suggest always feeding, changing, and bathing them at the same time. It saves alot of time and it puts them on a nice schedual.
