I have 22 month old ID twin boys. (We had their DNA tested) They do look alike. I can tell them apart, most the time, but others can't. I've read, and heard that with ID twins there is usually one that's "longer", meaning features, body structure, and the way they put on weight. That's really how I can tell mine apart. One has a more rounder face.
