I have 2 yr old ID twins. I have always been able to tell them apart. They have always had a weight difference though. Most people cannot tell who is who unless they know what to look for. The key factors that look the same are hair color, facial features all the same, I could go on. If you aren't sure you could get a DNA test. We knew ours were identical but what I have since figured out is that some are more identical than others. Weight difference can make infants look very different in my opinion. As my girls have gotten older they certainly have looked more alike and been harder to tell apart.
