Wow - Congratulations!
I had twins last year and though the first year is still somewhat of a blur, I remember the hardest thing for me in the beginning was getting enough sleep. If you are able, I would recommend hiring help or if you have family nearby, have them help for the first few months so you can sleep. A friend of mine hired a nighttime nanny who would wake up with the babies at night so she could get a good nights rest and then she managed the children during the day - much easier on a full nights sleep - I wish I could afford the luxury!
The first few months are definately the hardest, but it gets easier - I promise! Good luck with everything!
