This sounds a lot like our lives when our babies were younger - how old are your twins? I think we were feeding them every couple of hours around the clock until 2-3 months - at around 4 months they started sleeping a lot more at night and went from 6-7 hours between the night and morning bottles. Sorry this is pretty vague but the first few months were a blur but I do remember I felt like all I did was feed them in the beginning!
