I also had a 7,4,2 year olds when my twins came, some days are harder than others, but I just remembered some advice that another twin mom told me, just pick one thing that you want to get done and if you get more done than it's a bonus..
that really helped me.. As I am so busy just taking care of kids, let a lone, clean, shop,organize, etc...
